General Parking Information

• Paid parking applies from Monday to Saturday, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Parking is free on Sundays and public holidays.

• Parking is registered based on vehicle license plates. This means you can move your vehicle as long as your parking time is still valid.

• The minimum charge is ANG 1.00 for the first hour. After that, every additional half hour costs ANG 0.50.

• At the meter, first enter your license plate number, then choose a payment method. You can pay with coins (ANG 5.00, ANG 1.00, ANG 0.25, ANG 0.10) or with a prepaid Parking Card. Please note that bank card payments are not accepted, and the meter does not give change.

• When entering your license plate number, do not include any dashes or spaces. For example, if your license plate is A 12-34, you should enter it as A1234. Make sure the number is entered exactly as it appears on your plate, but without special characters like the dash.

• Parking agents are easily recognizable by their bright yellow uniforms. They wear "Parking" prominently on the back and display our logo on the front. They are present throughout the city center, ready to assist with parking-related questions and transactions.

We do not currently offer parking subscriptions. Our parking facilities are designed for shorter visits to the city center.

If you require long-term parking, we recommend exploring alternative options such as private parking garages or off-street parking lots. There are several such facilities located near the city center.
